Order Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

If the payment is not completed within 48 hours of placing an order, the order will be automatically canceled without any further notice.

Once payment has been made, the order cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.

Right to Cancel by TENEXE.COM

TENEXE.COM reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. This may include situations such as pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued, if applicable.

Cancellation of Imported Items

Imported items, which may take between 30 to 90 working days for dispatch, are subject to availability and manufacturer timelines. Once payment is made for imported items, the order cannot be canceled, even if delays occur due to customs or manufacturing.

Order Termination Due to Documentation Issues

Orders requiring Shooter ID, Aadhaar Card, or government-issued identification for customs processing may be canceled if the necessary documents are not provided by the customer in a timely manner.

Refunds After Cancellation

In the event that TENEXE.COM cancels an order, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid. However, if the customer requests cancellation after payment (in cases where cancellation is permitted), no refund will be issued.
