Dispatch Time for Available Items

For items that are in stock, dispatch will occur within 7 working days after payment is received.

Dispatch Time for Imported Items

For imported items, the dispatch time will range from 30 to 90 working days, depending on the manufacturer's or our German counterpart's waiting period after payment. Any delays due to customs, including issues related to documentation, will not have a fixed time frame. We will not provide any customs-related documents to the customer under any circumstances.

Shooter ID Requirement

A valid Shooter ID issued by the NRAI, state, district, or any affiliated rifle club, including the issue date and valid-until date, is mandatory for purchasing any air pistol or air rifle.

Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes shall be exclusively handled in the jurisdiction of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

For customs documentation, it is mandatory to provide a valid Shooter ID and Aadhaar Card or any government-issued identification.

Renowned Shooter Certificate for GST Discount

A Renowned Shooter Certificate, issued by the National Rifle Association of India in accordance with the Government of India's Notification No. 146/94-CUS dated 13.07.1994, is required to claim any GST discounts.
