No Refunds on Final Sales
All sales made on TENEXE.COM are final, and we do not offer refunds for any products once an order has been processed and payment has been received.
Refunds for Canceled Orders by TENEXE.COM
In cases where TENEXE.COM cancels an order due to issues such as pricing errors, unavailability of products, or suspected fraudulent activity, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Refunds for Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, and the claim is approved after review, we will either replace the product or provide a refund at our discretion. To initiate a claim, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the defective or damaged item and provide photographic evidence. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 working days.
